Met with Bill Welch and other resin kit builders at RPM this weekend on how to build the sides. Picked up the Wabash automobile boxcar from F&C (bagged $15). Also have someone to cast the sides for us. Am going to draw up a scale drawing to get the dimensions and overall size and probably start on the car masters in September. Bill is going to add the rivets and Hubert will do the decals. Am hoping to keep the price around $15 for the two sides and decals and instructions. Once this gets closer to production will put out a note on the steam era freight car list. So far have only heard from four MP modeler said that they are interested so let me know so I can get a good count for the casting process.
