    Click on the Attachments tab at the bottom of the message
    Click on Add files
    This should open a file on your computer – find your photo or image and double click
    Once it loads the file name, my example “Lou-caboose1153.jpg
    Click ‘Place inline’
    in your post it will display a line that starts with (attachment=0) etc
    You can add a caption below the picture in the File Comment box
