These are such good articles. Back in the 1980s when I was working on the Eastern Division line revision of the 1920s I saw these articles and others in Railroad Signaling and Railway Engineering at the Texas A&M library. However, there was no way to scan articles at that time, so I had to settle for poor photocopies from huge bound volumes of the magazines. I really wanted some of the photos for my articles, but that never happened. I even wrote Simmons-Boardman (the publishers) to see if that had archived photos but never got a response. Nice to live in this electronic age!
