    The replacement depot at Geneseo still stands. It’s a replacement for the 1886 or so original depot, which was still in service while the trains 411-412 met the Colorado Eagle.

    The cars on what used to be the main line are stored covered hoppers, apparently cement cars since they have pneumatic unloading piping.

    The communications tower still stands also, though there’s nothing on it.

    The track ends a couple miles east of town. It’s intact through the wye on the west side of town, where the Hutchinson sub once came off. Several miles to the east is a pair of headless signals.
