This would be a nice addition and I like adding the mechanical reefers to the mix. I have several buildings in Russellville that can easily be taken off the layout. I just need to design a structure that will fit between the highway and house track that resembles a poultry plant. The feed mills are pretty much ‘planted’ in the landscape and can’t be moved.
