Bill, this has been a wonderful read. I love seeing the actual historical documents. Thanks for taking the time to put this all together, annotating it and posting! One question, there are several “orders” that are not on forms, just scraps of paper with a note. Would this be ancillary notes? Never seen these before. Jerry
