You are sharing your uploaded files with the MPHS as well as with other MPHS members.
You may share information or images of interest that we do not currently have in our archive. In those cases we reserve the right to include those files in our archives. In such cases, we will ensure that the files are attributed to you. This is normally done by including “from the collection of your-name” (or a similar phrase) in the filename.
This is a manual, selective process: we are not automatically harvesting files.
Any current MPHS member may view your uploaded files. In addition, some members of the MPHS staff may view them.
Only you and the webmaster have abilities beyond viewing your uploaded files.
No, you should not consider this a backup for your files. Member Uploads is provided as a means of sharing your files with other MPHS members.
You are responsible for backing up your files: we cannot respond to requests to restore files in the Member Uploads area.
If you place your mouse pointer over an uploaded file, the following options will appear beneath the image:
For folders, only the Actions icon is provided.
You can upload a variety of file types: images, PDFs, spreadsheets, etc. To view the allowed file types and any restrictions, such as maximum file size, click on the list icon ( 
) on the right side of the uploads box at the bottom of your My Uploads box.
We do ask that you only upload content related to the Missouri Pacific, its affiliates, and related activities such as modeling and conventions.
Uploading offensive or inappropriate content will be removed.
Your membership supports production of our quarterly magazine, The Eagle, our annual calendar, and our continuing efforts to digitize and present our archives.
Regular Members receive 4 issues of the Eagle, MPHS Calendar, member discounts at the Company Store, full access to the MPHS Archives, and access to participate on the MPHS Forums.
