FWIW opinion only.
If it is Oddballs decals I would look at them be for you Buy. His printer or him were notorious for
color drift. It was like he printed them but did not care what the end results were.
I have some Heavy weight sets that the deluxe gold color is the color of mud, and when applied to a dark car side
just makes it worse. and then there is the issue of size when he printed for larger scales.
Now I will give him a + for his Eagle sets in the silver set. I wish the MPHS society would buy his art work
and get some one to print these again. I would take 25 sets in O scale.
I liked Tom and it is just sad the way things have gone for him.
