We have an index in progress that was drawn from the original index that was posted on the old website. The ball is pretty much in my court. I have one year of older issues to update and a few of the latest issues need to be added and we will have a somewhat finished product. I say somewhat because we will allow for feedback and improvements from those that take the time to review it. In working on this, I have noted quite a bit of difference between the authors of the various portions of this document. I will try to get the completed product posted within the next week or so. It will be available in Excel and PDF formats.
