      The factory lettering on this model is very accurate for Mopac. I made only a few changes to the kit.

      The cast on hand grabs were carved off with an Exacto chisel blade replaced with wire ones and I replaced the vertical brake staff with a power brake from my parts box. The plastic stirrups were replaced with A Lines metal stirrups.

        What paint color did you use for touch up?

        Accurail is bringing this car back this winter.

          I did this model quite a few years ago…wish I could remember I know it was an acrylic model paint that Accurail uses. Maybe a red oxide? You might email them and ask.
