Is there any interest in the MPHS offering parts and decals for the MP 114330-114679 series in HO? The donor kit would be an Accurail steel plug door reefer that would be sourced by the builder, we’d offer a new roof, doors ends and decals. These were former cars bought from Fruit Growers Express FHIX 41241-41640 and rebuilt by St. Louis Refrigator Car Compnay in 1974-75. There was no rivet seam as on the MP ART rebuilts and the large MP buzz saw was placed lower on the carbody. To make this new set of parts we have to make the existing roof wider to match the Accurail car and the ends are slightly taller and the ends have only one stiffener on the top panel. The capacity, load limit and light weight and dimensional data is different so I’d ask Hubert Mark if he’d make this new information for us as an additional small sheet for the existing decals.
