    I found these pictures in the archives dated Jan 3, 1967, but no info on location. Anyone have any info about the cause of the wreck or location?

    I did a search on the ICC accident site for 1967 and only came up with two that were in their records both freight trains.

    That’d really be interesting, to find out where that lousy siding was where somebody decided it was a good idea to put a passenger train in the hole.

    The coaches are gone by this time, and the wrecker hasn’t shown up yet. This was probably engine 2’s last trip because it shows scrapped 3/67 along with TP 1.

    Is that a coaling tower in the distance in the second to last photo?
