    Registration on this BB forum is directly tied to the MPHS website. One of the reasons for this is that the main site has self-help for password and username recovery. All you need is the email address that you used for your registration and you can get access help on your own. That means no waiting for the admins to read and reply to your email query concerning lost passwords, etc.

    From the MPHS home page, you can access the two links for access problems. Look for the “Main Menu” and look down until you find the area marked “Login Form.” You will note two links, “Forgot your username?” and “Forgot your password?.” Clicking on the appropriate link will take you to the appropriate area for your access issue. Once again, you will need to remember the email address that you registered with. If you don’t receive a verification email in a timely manner, be sure to check your spam folder.

    If you are unsuccessful after using this process, it is time to contact the administrator at [email protected]. For security reasons, the administrator cannot see your password. He/she can replace it with a different word of their choosing, which can be changed by the user once access is re-established.
