The recently introduced preview of our digital image archive is now live. This provides an ever-growing curated collection of images from our digital archives. In the last month we added nearly 500 images!

Behind the scenes, this implementation makes it easy for our team members to add and remove images from our extensive digital archives to the archive displayed on the web site. The archive is linked to a page on the website. Updating this collection requires no changes to the site as it automatically scans the archive and delivers the current content. These images are not stored on our server, reducing our costs for storage space and the performance impact of serving a large collection of images.

We will be implementing a similar system for documents in the near future.
