This sign was apparently used at St. Louis Union Station. When did the Louisiana Sunshine run as a separate section out of St. Louis, or was this just a different loading track — the Louisiana cars then carried on the rear of one of the regular Sunshine sections to Little Rock?

Wish we had the sign
Wonder what happened to all of those signs? I’ve seen some of the later St. Louis Union Station signs pass through collections (the big white boards with black lettering) but never any of these earlier, more ornate signs. It would be nice to even have a color photo to show the actual colors.

Bill, It Makes you wonder what is still buried in the caverns under Union Station. MOT has some station signs in its collection, I have not seen all of them. Who knows, maybe its still buried somewhere.
