IMG_1550.JPG[/attachment:35b3aupr]The Missouri Pacific Historical Society will be a Rapido dealer and will be selling these at a competitive discount to our members and nonmembers. Rapido is planning on three road numbers. Let me know at if you’re interested in reserving one or more of these and if you want DC or DCC/sound. The more I can sell the better the discount we get from Rapido that I can pass along to the members.
Are they doing all three numbers in the final paint scheme with the large numbers? This should be a popular model. They were all over the St. Louis area in the 1970s and 1980s, then they all seemed to disappear at once and ended up in the long dead line in Ft. Worth. I suspect they were replaced by the MP15s.

That was their original plan but we have them now considering two in the 1974 Eagle scheme and the third in the earlier buzz saw scheme.
So far we have 17 preorders for these. I’ve ordered three dcc/sound for the company store but that’s all we’ll carry
I’m sending Rapido our reservations the evening of May 31. If you want one reserved and haven’t done so here’s your last chance.

The final list of preorders has been send to Rapido. When they arrive we’ll send an email to those that ordered with the total amount and shipping. No additional preorders are being accepted as this was Rapido’s cutoff date.
