Bill Welch of the resin freight car list is helping with this model. He sent me some information on making up the T&G wood sides so the boards will appear to be individual and I won’t be using Evergreen’s car siding as the grooves aren’t prototypical. Bill also sent three more photos I didn’t have. He also has a guy that will cast the sides. I’m going to start on the masters after I talk to Bill at the RPM next month about constructing the Z bracing. He’s agreed to do the rivets using ones harvested off Athearn blue box cars.
