My money says this is the intermodal area off Sarpy Ave. near Vandeventer Ave. There is a mill to the northwest of this complex and there used to be a smokestack near here, at one time. See the photo below which was taken looking south down Vandeventer Ave.from Clayton Ave. Manchester Ave. intersects with Vandeventer at the approximate location of the smokestack in the photo.
