Would be neat to find an in service shot of 13546 sometime to include with this shot. The caboose looks pretty good.

I’ve always thought …. with nearly every MP steam engine scrapped ….. one of those rail buses managed to get saved. Although, wouldn’t it be a cool thing to have for MPHS trips over rare mileage? Pat Flory

The railbus is right in front of the caboose

If they paint that car again…please have them use white or gray primer…instead of oxide red. It adds a little “pep” to the red color with the light undercoat.

They did a beautiful job on that car…despite the primer color.

It would also be interesting to have it repainted in it’s original as delivered scheme of Trailsways Bus Red and Cream.

Pat, I believe that the museum folks refer to that as the trolley barn.

Pat, the red building is the Trolley Barn. It stores most of the traction collection. Most of the items in there are in need of restoration. It is not open to the public.
