      MPHS will be one of the exhibitors at GO BY TRAIN on September 26th at The Museum of Transportation in St. Louis, MO.

      Several other Historical Societies will be there including NRHS, R&LHS, Illinois Central, Illinois Traction, GM&O, Wabash, Katy, Pennsy T1 Trust, Morse Telegraph Club, and more….. There will also be several model railroad clubs and layouts, and other railroad groups represented.

      Union Pacific will have the MoPac Heritage Unit on display. Operation Lifesaver will be there. TCU/IAM will be doing demonstrations.

      NARCOA will be offering speeder car rides. The museum trolleys will be operating.

      Childrens activities include face painting, balloon artists, train themed variety shows, story telling.

      Also the Brass & Nickel antique car show will be going on.

      New this year – TapSnap photo booth with historic railroad digital backdrops. Model Train swap meet.
