Just an FYI, I’ve sent WRP a couple of articles on Maintenance of Way in 1957 and my own experiences in 1974. I also sent some 40+ photos of work equipment to go with the article and a 1939-51 roster of MoW. If you have any photos you’d like to add let me know. Below are some samples of photos..

I gave Kevin Love a couple MOW books for scanning that might be interesting for the article. One detailed the maintenance of the equipment and the other detailed what consisted of each type of work crew with stick figure examples.
