I purchased this Muskogee Roads clip at a train show a few years back. I believe it is original. It measures 1 1/2 inches wide by 2 1/2 inches tall. It has a hole in the back so it could be hung on a order board. I had a couple questions about it. What would a clip like this be for? Train orders or maybe to clip onto a order hoop? And what would this clip be worth? I didn’t pay much for it, so if it is a repo I’ll just use it for my layout operation sessions, but I do hope it is an authentic piece of Muskogee Road History.

I have seen these, and have a similar one, though in much more “used” condition. Most likely they were an advertising tool which was handed out to prospective shippers when they were visited by traffic department representatives.
