I have a small scalehouse on the layout. It’s rectangular, that is to say there are no 45 degree sections on the corners facing the track that some scalehouses had. It looks similar to, but not identical, to the MoPac standard scalehouses in the standard drawing book. It’s painted white, but then I think this was the first wood structure kit I built.

My question is, did AMB or Lake Junction ever make a scalehouse kit?

AMB never did. Bill did a MP scale house but never added it to his catalog.

The scalehouse I have may very well have been one that Bill produced, then. Guess I’ll see if I can backdate it by painting it yellow and brown.
