Here is the big issue so far. In this image you can see the layering in the curved surface. It would sand off easy enough but not with the rivets in the way. One bright spot are the filter inserts. These actually turned out really close to the prototypes. I haven’t given up yet. There are a number of measurements that are off now that I have the print. I might scrap the curved hood and just print the sides.
