End of track bumpers for M-I

Does anyone have recollection of what type of end of track bumpers were used on M-I spurs, particularly on the Ste Gen sub? I have the MP MoW standards for the earthen bumper, but I’ve not seen any pictures of those in use on the M-I. Perhaps they used ties??

I was out yesterday, scouting the old Sparta shops, or what’s left of it, and saw this bumper on one of the spurs. It was too far in the yard to go see it, but I did the best I could with the drone.
