Looks pretty good. I’m sure Marilyn would pick up a few chiggers, if she got close to that area.

Thanks for the photo’s…the branch looks good with the GP-12 on the local. Looks like the gas station should also
offer ‘car washes’!Gary

Fantastic work! I am a big fan. The article you provided for the most recent Eagle was an excellent summary.

Thanks for the comments; it’s been a fun layout to operate and as Gary can attest we’ve had lots fun watching out of town visitors operate during the OS operating weekends. Just like the prototype – guys running the work, misreading a work order and running through a switch once in a while.August 9, 2019 at 4:13 pm #9259peggyrothschildParticipantI was getting tired of watching the same freight cars and related moves so changed up the MP work orders and RI switching yesterday. Years ago I started making up a Farmall tractor load destined to the farm equipment dealer in Eldon. I never got the blocking and tie downs finished but took two hours this morning and finished it. While looking through RPC 20 there’s an article on AAR loading practices for flatcars with numerous supporting photos. While looking at the tractor loads I saw a load of utility poles that I could also built up using wooden chopsticks.
