MP/M-I bridge colors

      Hi,

      I am searching for the color(s) that the MP and the M-I originally painted their bridges. I recall the M-I bridge south of the Herculaneum depot was an overall brown, but that was in the 1960-70’s, so I suspect it simply was rusted from lack of maintenance.

      Were the bridges painted black and any idea how often they were repainted?

        I have only seen black bridges, but I would not rule out silver in some locations.
