      Missouri Pacific train #2 was involved in a collision with MP switcher 1113 at HJ Junction (between Jefferson Barracks and St. Louis) on August 20, 1965. The accident was covered in ICC Accident Investigation 4057, but the exact consist of the train was not included in the published report, except for the locomotives.

      Arkansas Division, Hoxie Subdivision trainsheet dated August 20, 1965, contains the full train consist.

        Interesting, but tragic report. This incident shows just how critical having and acting on the proper information can be.

        That appears to be a rather large passenger train. Too bad those days are long gone.
