I revived the drawings last Wednesday from SSM 3rd rail for the 2 10 4 Texas model they are importing.

At this point I am blown away with what this O scale model will come with. They have done there research
on this model. I sent them the paint samples for the gray green boiler colors and all the other colors.

They will be painted 2 different was. Gray Green boiler —- graphite oil smoke and fire boxes—remainder black
    lettering buff yellow/ TCP #808.

The other version will be the same but change green to all black.

The power that will be in it is very large Cannon motor w/fly wheel and all ball bearing on all wheels.
You will be able to run this on either DC or DCC. The minimum radius they are saying in 48″
this is 1/48 O scale BIG

I am sorry at this point I cannot post any photo’s of the drawings, as they are copy right. I will ask
Scott Mann if it is OK. But probably not likely.

So for now you have it. I think the ETA for this model will be shortly after the fist f the year. I have been after
them to do this for almost 5-7 years and they finally said OK. But they are also doing the CGW version which is very similar
but coal verses OIL for the T&P.

Charlie, Did you talk to IM about the 40′ MI car at the St. Louis RPM? I meant to, but never did. Have they confirmed it is a no-go?

Thanks to all that responded. Ted yes I receive the large drawing and it will help me greatly. This came from the MPHS digital archives
that are being done by volunteers. This just goes to show that its a great resource to use when you need help.

I remember may years ago probably 25 I talked to the late Dale walker who was the archivist at that time. I was interested Mainly the Valley items in Texas STLBM IGN Kingsville any thing to do with the valley area. Dale said I will see what I can find. Well about a week later in the mail comes a 2 lb envelope with a hand written 9 page ledger of what was included. I mean we were talking large format materiel. I never expected all he sent.
I wrote out a check for 25.00 to cover his cost and sent it to him. that was a great service in the hands on age.

That’s why the MPHS is the greatest and remember all volunteers.

    Thanks every one.

Could not find information on number 300.

However, per various internet sources, number 200 was scrapped around 1963 and the last owner was the Willis short line.

An educated guess would be number 300 was also scrapped about the same time.
